San Antonio Players Advance

The San Antonio Diablos would like to announce the following players have committed to the following schools.  Malcolm Richards has made the decision to attend Bethel University in Blaine, MN. (MIAC DIV III).  Richards leaves the Diablos organization as the all time leading scorer with 76 goals 128 assists for 204 points in just 103 games played. Wes Landsem will be attending Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA (ECAC West DIV III) In one year with the Diablos Landsem recorded 48 goals 37 assists for 85 points in 53 games.  Brandon Bagwell will take advantage of an academic scholarship to Concordia University in Mequon, WI. (MCHA DIV III) Bagwell in his rookie season last year scored 5 goals 22 assists for 27 points in 51 games.  Former San Antonio Diablos defenseman Nick Compton has signed a pro contract to play for the Peterborough Phantoms in the English Premier League after one season at Johnson and Whales University.
